Ignore domain based on list

Is it possible to ignore known domains based on a list?
I.E Cisco Talos 1 Million most popular domains:

I’m looking for something similar. I want to know if there is anything in the API that allows a domain to be bypassed by the proxy.

If I find it, I’ll edit it.
