i tried but i can’t sniff HTTPS URL but i sniff HTTP URL so how can i sniff HTTPS URL

Install the digital certificates that are in /root/.mitmproxy on the machine you are sniffing

when mitmproxy sniff HTTPS and HTTP URL at that time i can modify the traffic or not?

Yes you can read or change.
However I recommend creating scripts for the changes, otherwise the traffic will be very slow.
