Hi,
Is there any plan to support PAC as upstream proxy feature?

Hi,

Not exactly sure what you are looking for in mitmproxy here, but we definitely have nothing planned with regard to PAC files.

Hi,
well as far as i understand - if I’m behind corporate proxy, I need to define it as ‘upstream proxy’ in the cmd arguments given to mitmdump. There are cases where such proxies are resolved using PAC scripts.

And thanks.

That would require us to embed a JS interpreter, which frankly speaking will not happen.

I consider that to be a problem of your system administrators, not of ours.
